My Philosophy

What I hold dear to my heart is creating a business that allows people to step in and feel heard, supported and cared for from the minute they drive up the driveway. 

I often feel as though I am a lighthouse for others to just shine a light on certain areas of their life situation to have a different perspective and see another way they can live their life that will bring in their goal - peace, relaxation, joy, health, success, at one with themselves.

I use a range of tools within my business; Kinesiology, mentoring, teaching, crystal healing, flower and vibrational essences, sound, Reiki and Elemental Healing, to support my work with a clients to clear away what is holding them back; un-wellness, belief systems, blockages, pain, stress, attitudes and imbalances, so they are able to come from their core, their truth, their soul. Coming from a place of balance and truth creates alignment and therefor joy.

My goal with each person that steps into my business is that they feel as though time has stopped for them. I only see a small number of clients a week so that I have enough energy and have the ability to truly hold the space for that person when they are with me. They don't feel rushed but cared for.

I will not push or sell you anything. I don't believe that there is a magic pill or potion. I know there are times where physical support is needed, herbs, supplement, vibrational medicine, flower essences, but they are a bridge to get you to where you want to be. There is no magic anything outside of yourself, my darling you are the magic, those things just help you remember your magic.
