I am in my late 40’s, a mum of 2 beautiful children 18 and 15 years of age. I am a partner to my soul mate Chris of 24 years and I run my own business as a Kinesiologist, Mentor, Reiki practitioner and Elementalist and have done for over 25 years.
We live in northern Queensland in the Whitsundays. We moved here in December 2021 from country Victoria after going through a huge reassessment of our lives. Northern Queensland has always been a place that spoke to our soul. We were drawn here in the holiday periods and we love the slower pace and lifestyle that Queensland has to offer.
Like many people over the last few years, the pandemic has pushed people in many directions and this is the place where we have landed as a family to live out the next story of our lives. It took grit, courage and determination to rework our entire lives but step by step we did and here we are.
My natural therapy practice has gone through a huge transformation and expansion over the past 6 or so years.
Previous years would see the only way I would offer my work was 1:1 and in person at my home clinic. Around 6-7 years ago I started to offer my work within a specialised container called a Mentorship Program to groups of people and individuals. Then the pandemic hit and I moved a lot of my work online.
As I stand here today in my offerings to the world, I now have available 1:1 sessions in-person and via distance and I offer Mentorship Programs in-person and via distance. Distance work can be booked by anyone all over the world.
My Kinesiology journey
Let me share with you a little bit about how my journey began in the Kinesiology field . . .
Natural medicine & Kinesiology first made its impression upon me as a 19-year-old young woman. I was working in corporate Melbourne and had not long been diagnosed with cancer of the bladder and about a year after my cancer treatment by Western medicine I hit an all-time low on all levels. I was miserable, out of balance, depressed, very unhealthy, unstable and so far off track. I had severe skin and energy issues and had made many trips to specialists in both the Eastern and Western medicine sector and nothing was working. A friend of mine suggested Kinesiology, so I made an appointment. I had nothing to lose. That day was the beginning of my love affair with Kinesiology.
Within a few months of seeing my Kinesiologist my skin improved, as did my state of mind, health, wellbeing and overall perception of life. Once I found my feet and my health I decided to move to Queensland for a change in life and pace from corporate Melbourne. I found myself working on the water on boats in the Whitsundays sailing around. A fantastic introduction to the elements and nature and how healing it can be. I spent 3 years working in the Whitsundays before moving back to Melbourne, Victoria, where I began to study Kinesiology and by September 2000 I was registered and running my business as a Kinesiologist.
I have since studied many other natural tools to add to my business as a natural therapist alongside my Kinesiology diploma.
Over the past 24 years in business I have always made it my priority to stay up to date with information and keep studying.
I have completed a Certificate IV and Diploma in Kinesiology;
I am a registered level 5 Kinesiologist, and;
A professional mentor with the Australian Kinesiology Association & the Australian Institute of Kinesiologists.

Within the last 2 decades of running my business I have worked in many natural therapy clinics in and around Victoria and Melbourne including Albert Park, Werribee, Williamstown, Yarraville and then my purpose-built studio in Greendale. I spent 5 years teaching Touch for Health Kinesiology independently and for some of Melbourne's leading colleges and schools. I have ran many workshops from women’s circles to chakra workshops to learning about the 5 elements and as stated above over the past 6 years I have been running Mentorship Programs for individuals and groups. As I am a registered mentor for the Australian Kinesiology Association and the Australian Institute for Kinesiologists, I also offer mentoring to fellow Kinesiologist and Kinesiology students and they are then able to claim their hours with the association for accredited points.
I currently run my business from my home in the Whitsundays.
My business works with people individually via 1:1 sessions and mentorship programs at my home and via distance.
I also have my own product line called Elemental Healing which is made and sold from my work space and by some specialised stockists along the east coast of Australia.
Elemental Healing has been created for people to access healing tools at home either after their session with me to help deepen and integrate the work or to access at home for their own personal growth and alignment. Elemental Healing consists of 3 products; candles, mists and vibrational essences. In each product there is one for each of the Chinese 5 elements plus an extra: Fire, Earth, Metal, Water, Wood, Clear. You can read more about my range HERE
My focus in working with individuals and groups is to assist people to be their truth, their soul self.
I specialise in working with the Chinese 5 Elements: Fire, Earth, Metal, Water & Wood. I love clearing behaviours, beliefs, patterns, genetic programming and elemental imbalances that are stopping the person from being in balance. When a being is in balance they are able to be their truth, their soul self, happy, balanced and the whole universe is in alignment with them.
And that brings me to my other love . . .
The Music of the Plants machine.
On a family trip to Byron Bay NSW in 2016, we were introduced to an incredible machine, the Music of the Plants at the glorious Crystal Castle. As we sat and watched this incredible machine being demonstrated, I was bought to tears.
The Music of the Plants is a machine that has been created over the past 40 years in Italy, to play music that the plants are creating. The machine has 2 wires, one that is connected to a leaf and the other a copper piece, put into the soil near the roots. The plants use the Music of the Plants as a type of instrument, a synthesiser, to project their vibration and then the machine translates it to sound.
I use the Music of the Plants within the 1:1 sessions and mentorship programs at times where it is calling for vibrational energy changes to come in via sound. I believe sound and vibration is the medicine of the future.
