Welcome to Elemental Healing, hand made ritual tools to support your self care at home. Elemental Healing was created by Rebecca Richards, a Kinesiologist, mentor, Reiki practitioner and Elementalist, with over 23 years experience in private practice. Elemental Healing encompasses the Chinese Medicine 5 element theory of Fire, Earth, Metal, Water & Wood, with an extra added in called Clear. It is said within ancient Chinese Medicine and holistic medicine to have a balanced body, mind and soul we must have balanced Elements within our inner and outer worlds. Elemental Healing creates balance and healing energy flow within our Elemental body. By working with the range, Elemental Healing, we bring healing energy to the Elements within. You can choose to work with the range via 3 different ways:

1) Aura mist ~ Sprayed gently over your aura and body for an instant shift in energy.

2) Vibrational essence ~ Taken under the tongue or in water for deep cellular shifts.

3) Essential oil soy wax candle ~ Light and burn in the home for healthy Feng Shui energy.

All the items in the range have been hand-made with intention, love and Reiki infusion using the highest quality ingredients. Self and home care that supports you and a small Australian business.

A great way I suggest people work with the range is via whole body testing. This way you are able to tune into your soul and deeper self to choose the Elemental Healing item that is most needed at this time in your life. Whole body testing bypasses the conscious thought process and drops you into the body and soul’s innate wisdom.

Allow yourself to feel fully grounded and present.
Take in 3 deep breaths and allow your body, mind and spirit to settle.
Stand straight, knees softly bent and spine nice and tall.
Ask your body to gently move forward when you get to the Element your body, mind and soul wants to work with. Ask yourself do I need to work with the Clear or Fire or Earth or Metal or Water or Wood Elemental? You will notice that your body will gently move forward when you reach the priority Element your higher self wants to work with. Elemental Healing is a powerful tool and body testing is a fantastic way to find what is your medicine at this moment in time.
