The METAL Element - 3 Month Mentorship Program is a group program for an intimate group of people that are desiring the support, healing, information and transformation that is on offer within this container.

The Metal Element - 3 Month Mentorship Program has been designed to move alongside Metal elements corresponding season ~ Autumn. By living and walking consciously alongside the seasons and elements we activate & heal our own inner Metal element. This is how our ancestors once walked the earth - being conscious of the active season’s energy, gifts, internal lessons and wisdoms that this season and element wishes to bestow upon us. By working with the Metal element and season of Autumn we will bring in focus our lungs and large intestine. We will learn about the physical, emotional, spiritual and energetic well-being of our Metal element both internally and externally.

This 3 month mentorship program is a healing, activating, transformative and embodying container I will be holding for the participants over the 3 months - starting March 1st 2026 to the end of May 2026. This intimate experience is designed for those who are ready to clear out the old, stagnant stories, energy, grief and grudges - large intestine - and bring in inspiration, fresh energy/chi, lifeforce and spirit - lungs. You will be supported and encouraged to discover your inner treasure. Metal is about putting down your masks and feeling safe to be witnessed and seen in your light and your full shine. To embody magnatism.

Delivered via Zoom, this experience is available to people worldwide.

Together, we will explore the alcoves of yourself that are ready to be upgraded and integrated. We will be working as a group and individually to balance our inner Metal element, our inner Autumn and learn how to use this time of year, year after year, to harmonise ourselves to the outer Metal element and nature. To live in harmony with our natural world instead of seperate. You will walk away with tools that you can integrate into your life that will change the way you live and manage your life and be your own CEO.

What this program is not:

This is not a program for you to be “fixed” but a program of empowerment where you are the master of yourself. This program is not a passive journey but one that will take commitment and grit to integrate what is being asked of you from your deeper self, your Soul and your inner Metal.

What the program is:

The Metal Element - 3 Month Mentorship Program is a journey of the Metal element, one of the elements in the 5-Element theory, and the season of Autumn. It is integrative work that supports you to understand how the seasons and elements play out in our lives and impact us emotionally, mentally, physically, energetically and spiritually. We will be working with and evoking this powerful element to teach, mentor and support us in any areas that need to be released and magnitise, brought to life. It is a program of self mastery. A time of rising. You will be held throughout this process and held accountable. I will guide, mentor and support you to harmonise your energy body to this incredible season and element.

Who is this for:

This container is for people who are wanting to move into the drivers seat of their health and wellbeing. Who want to learn how to manage themselves and direct their life. Who want to deepen their knowledge of the seasons, elements, nature, energy, biofeeback, Kinesiology and energy medicine. This is for the beginner and for the most proficient therapist.

The 3-Month Mentorship Program is not a stock standard program. It is a gift to yourself that you will return to time & time again.

It will be tailored to meet you where you are at.

This program will work with you, your energy and your unique Soul’s blueprint, not what we are told by the collective that is health, balance, wellness and spiritual. The group that weaves togther for the program will have their own unique energy and we will use that to potenise our healing. Group energy has a collective wisdom of hundreds and hundreds of years. This will allow us to access parts of us that we cannot reach with 1:1 work. As we work as a group for the 3 months you will also feel as though this program has the feeling of community while meeting your needs as an individual. This program will be tailored to the beginner of energy medicine & natural health and to the experienced practitioner.
