Butterfly - 1 Month Animal Journey

The Butterfly 1 Month Animal Journey is a group program between you, me, a small group of like-minded souls & Butterfly totem animal.
Our natural world holds so many messages, keys and healing if we take the time to tune in and be open to receiving. Over the past 3 years, since moving to the rainforest in Northern QLD, I have begun downloading, creating, crafting and bringing to life my own Animal Vibrational Essences as part of my existing range, Elemental Healing. So far I have 5 Animals Essences. I don’t choose which animal is coming through, crafting and working with, they choose me. It is a long process, slow medicine. Subtle & powerful. The Animals are now calling me into working with holding a journey process for my clients and community so their medicine, healing and message can be received, encoded and activated with those that choose to walk this journey.
In this Animal journey we are going to walk alongside Butterfly as a totem animal for the month. You will be working with the Butterfly vibrational essence & anointing balm daily for the month plus enjoying weekly healing sessions with me, either live or you can watch the recording, and voice notes that will call you into alignment with the frequency of a nourished, regulated nervous system. Each Animal has a governing system and Butterfly governs the nervous system. You will be called to acknowledge behaviours, relationships and ways of being that disrupt your nervous system and activities and ways of being that calm the nervous system and what your unique nervous system medicine is. Each person is unique.
This journey is online so anyone can join. Once you book yourself in I will send you your support pack of the Butterfly Vibrational Essence, anointing balm and information card. The sessions will be held via Zoom & voice notes will be emailed. There is not a lot requited on your end. It was important that this doesn’t add to your silent load you already carry but enhances your daily experience while offering subtle energetic support, healing and alignment.
Journey Details
Within the 1 month journey you will:

Learn about yourself and understand yourself on a deeper level.
Learn how to and the importance of clearing your home and work space.
4 x 60 minute group Zoom calls. These will be held every Monday for the month together. These will be recorded if you cannot attend and all notes will be emailed along with the recording. The group calls will include discussions, sharing & a group healing Kinesiology session.
Work with the Butterfly vibrational essence and anointing balm daily to support you create the energy changes and shifts that are required to align you with your Soul goal. .
Your energy will be held energetically in a nurturing, balancing and clear container for the 4 weeks together. Being held in this way is transformative.
We will be communicating regularity via email to chat about your progress and I can answer questions you may have along the way.

About Me
I, Rebecca, am a registered diploma trained Kinesiologist, Reiki practitioner, Elementalist and professional Mentor.
I have been in the natural therapy field running my own private practice for over 25 years, with Kinesiology being a part of my life for over 30 years. My business has seen thousands of people over the years. I have run 2 retreats in Northern Queensland, 10 years of group and private mentorship programs, many short workshops on the chakras, meridians, women circles, fermenting and energy. I taught Kinesiology for 5 years privately and for one of Melbourne’s leading Kinesiology schools. I also ran my own clinic for the 5 years with a couple of Kinesiologists by my side.
I am a mother of 2 teenagers and I am in a beautiful relationship with my partner of 25 years. We live in the Whitsundays, QLD, Australia. Personally, I have traversed quite a few difficulties in my life, Kinesiology has been my steady support through all of it. From bladder cancer diagnosis, bouts of chronic fatigue and adrenal burnout, 2 miscarriages and the birth of our sleeping 3rd baby when I was 37, the difficulty of the pandemic that changed our whole life and moving through perimenopause and into menopause. The tools I have in my toolkit have become my saviour and the scaffolding to hold me through the hard and the most incredible times of my life.
I am committed to supporting my community and igniting a small spark in each person I work with to see their own inner potential and light the way by holding space for each person to rise in their magnificence.

The 3-Month Mentorship Program is not a stock standard program. It is a gift to yourself that you will return to time & time again.
It will be tailored to meet you where you are at.
This program will work with you, your energy and your unique Soul’s blueprint, not what we are told by the collective that is health, balance, wellness and spiritual. The group that weaves togther for the program will have their own unique energy and we will use that to potenise our healing. Group energy has a collective wisdom of hundreds and hundreds of years. This will allow us to access parts of us that we cannot reach with 1:1 work. As we work as a group for the 3 months you will also feel as though this program has the feeling of community while meeting your needs as an individual. This program will be tailored to the beginner of energy medicine & natural health and to the experienced practitioner.
